If you have received a product other than the one you ordered we will exchange it at *no additional cost to you.
We ensure our orders are well protected and packaged. However if you receive an order and the packaging is severely damaged please let us know immediately. Any products that are not sealed must be returned immediately.
If your product is defective please contact us directly and provide as much detail as possible with regards to the problems encountered.
We will exchange a faulty product at *no additional cost to you.
